DESSA AND ROCKFILTER DISTILLERY ANNOUNCE A NEW, LIMITED BATCH OF DESSA’S TIME AND DISTANCE ORGANIC BOURBON WHISKEY
Dessa’s Time and Distance Organic Bourbon Whiskey was created by RockFilter Distillery in 2018, to celebrate the publication of Dessa’s memoir-in essays, My Own Devices. This release elicited some pretty serious fanfare: a bunch of liquor stores sold out right away, fans drove for miles to try to secure a bottle, and some retailers posted to their social media accounts Please stop calling about the Dessa whiskey. But good bourbon takes time—you’ve got to grow the grain, distill it, age it in dedicated barrels, taste it (strictly for quality control). But now, a few new barrels are finally ready to be tapped.
This bourbon is a limited-edition offering. It will be available at select liquor stores and bars in Minnesota, from the RockFilter cocktail room, and online (for those states that permit it).
